The Fitting Store sells Techline Mfg. Condensate Pots. We offer carbon steel and stainless steel condensate pots. |
- Use as liquid or condensate traps, seal pots, vapor chambers and knockout pots.
- Prefabricated, pressure tested and ready for installation.
- Each chamber pressure tested, cleaned, rust proofed and tagged prior to shipment.
- Certification of pressure test furnished with chamber upon customer request.
- Chambers are fabricated from seamless pipe and weld caps. Standard pipe connections are 3000 lbs., half coupling, unless otherwise specifi ed by customer.
- Other sizes, types, materials are available upon request.
- Standard stock chambers are 3" SCHD 80 pipe x 12" long in either a carbon steel or 316SS material fi nish with 3 each 1/2" FNPT connections.

| Normally condensate pots are installed at the drain position of the steam line. The drain line is tapped from the pot leaving approximately 2/3 of its length down side so that all the foreign matters are collected in the pot and cleaned during shutdown of the main line.
Condensate pots are used in pressure transmitter lines of the steam line as the condensate gets collected in the pot and the down stream impulse line the temperature of the steam is not transmitted to the instrument.
