available for you to choose from. You can select either a standard
bonnet or a union bonnet, for severe service, of a forged body. Both
styles offer different process attributes,
pressure and temperature ratings. Please review each needle valve style

Operation and Packing Adjustment
- Pressure rating up to 5000psig (345bar) @100oF (38oC)
- Temperature rating up to 450oF (232oC) with standard PTFE packing
- Panel mounting without packing disruption
- Standard SS316 material valve construction
- Gap gauge allows easy inspection for sufficient tube pull-up before a system is pressurized
- Valves for Sour Gas Service meeting the requirements of NACE MR0175 are available
Factory Testing, Cleaning and Packaging
- Every
valve is tested with the nitrogen @1000psig (68bar) for leakage at the
seat to a maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1 SCCM. The packing is tested
for no detectable leakage.
- Every valve is cleaned and packaged in accordance with our stringent cleaning standard.
